Ashbolt Farm is the home and workplace of Robert and Anne Ashbolt. Initially a cropping, cattle and sheep farm, Robert and Anne decided to change the direction of their business to ensure the sustainability of the farm itself and to enable them to use organic farming methods. After cycling through Europe on their honeymoon, their love of Tuscan olive groves and elderflower cordial became their inspiration for the new venture – cool climate olive oil and the first and only elder grove in Australia.

Since early 2000, their elder and olive groves have produced their signature National medal-winning olive oil, elderflower concentrate and sparkling. Their range has now grown to include elderberry concentrate and sparkling drinks, marinades, vinegar and “the world’s best salad dressings”. Every product is a multi-gold medal winner and continues to be created in a sustainable manner using fruit from the farm.
